Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my story-the highs, the lows, and everything in between. When I was just 1 1/2 years old My family and I came into America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I may not have been here to share the journey with you. To give them the chance to have a prospering future, I aimed on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. My goals were set as follows: I'd attend university, find an employment in a company, marry and buy the house. I figured that was the definition of success. However, but life was not so sure to show me what it meant to be successful. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was one I had a fear of. Status and money were not what I needed to feel happy. I thought I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with people helped me discover my dream job as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year that I started my own small business and I will celebrate the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the fashion industry. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. Also, I want others to be empowered to achieve their goals and accomplish whatever they want in life. As my career began to take off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my entire life to datein the death of my mom. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. Her memory will forever be in my heart and brain. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin the next chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. The opportunity was there to begin her new life as I was given the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing as I enter my 30s, is a sense of awe and vitality. It's like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not alone. I want you to feel that love is real and that therapy is normal. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. There is only one chance to live. I hope you live it to the fullest.
